Project Scope: Concept Masterplanning, Project Visioning, Concept Landscape Design, Design Management.

Project Summary: Discovery Bay is a 1,700 acre mixed-use development located along the NE shoreline of Antigua in the West Indies, fronting the Atlantic Ocean.

The Masterplan, and conceptual design, proposes a mix of 8-10 resort hotel sites, a commercial/retail district that could accommodate 4 million sf of lease area, an industrial manufacturing zone for 8 million sf, a deep water port, and a mix of residential building types that totals 1,500 – 3,000 units. These uses are accommodated on approximately 1,700 acres of mainland site area and two islands totaling another 500 acres. One island, Guiana, is proposed as a high -end enclave of villas and patio homes integrated with a golf course. Educational, medical and cultural elements, along with 2 marinas, are among the other components.
