Project Scope: Design Development, on-site supervision

Project Summary: Following Hurricane IRMA in 2017, Land Form Design Group, Inc. teamed up with SKS Studios and assisted Belmond by performing a full landscape restoration of this 5-star resort. With an upgraded spa experience, two newly restored restaurants and two new pools, SKS and LFDG provided full design documentation as well as on-site construction supervision over a 8 month duration working with DCK International Contractors. Over 70 container trailers were shipped from Florida to re-landscape and change over this magnificent property. Conde Nast Traveler named Cap Juluca best comeback resort in the world for 2018.
